In Case of Damage or Loss in Transit

WorkSafe.ca insures all pre-paid shipments. Contact the carrier immediately if your shipment is damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe. On collect shipments, the customer is responsible for insurance.

Manufactured & Non-Stock Items

Some of our manufactured products must be made after an order is received, which can cause a pre-shipping delay of up to 2 weeks (or more for large orders). For specialty manufactured and non-stocked items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
